Back to School Is Back
I think we can all agree that when school starts up, things get exponentially busier. Class schedules, bus pick-ups, practice times, homework loads, school events… it all piles up and makes you wonder: How can I fit it all in?
Trust us—we understand. Fall brings with it all sorts of new additions to your schedule, whether you’re a student or a parent, and we’re not here to make it any more chaotic and overwhelming.
In fact, we’re here to do the opposite.
One thing that inevitably adds to your load is injury. If you’re an athlete (or if you’re the parent of an athlete), then you know what happens when you’re injured: endless doctor’s visits, time on the sidelines… it’s just one more thing to add to your schedule. That’s where we come in.
We don’t claim to be able to magically prevent athletes from getting injured—no one can do that—but we are here to provide athletes with the tools they need to avoid injury as much as possible and excel at their sport from the get-go.
When you work with FTP, we take a proactive approach to your plan of care. We’re not “just another doctor’s visit.”
We’re here to make sure that you have the tools to avoid injury, perform better, and achieve your goals.
Our appointments are just an hour long, but that hour is filled with information, exercises, assessment, and data-gathering—all things you need to get back on the court or field as soon as you’re ready. And you won’t sit in a waiting room long past your appointment’s start time. You’ll have a full hour with a doctor of physical therapy, here to listen to your needs and create a plan of care to get you back in the game or keep you there.
Whether you’re injured or not, FTP is your best option for performance physical therapy, and back to school season is the best time to get in and get started.
