The Most Important Hour of Your Week

Your hour of physical therapy at FTP might be the most important hour of your week.

Here’s why:

Spending time intentionally taking care of your body equips you for success.

When you set up an appointment at FTP, you and your physical therapist work together to tackle your pain point head-on. You’ll leave your appointment equipped with exercises adapted to your lifestyle– exercises you can do in the gym, in your garage, or even in your living room. That way, your rehab is approachable.

And, let’s be honest, we know everyone is busy. Making rehab accessible and doable makes you want to actually do it, and that’s the only way to feel better!

Everything in your appointment is necessary.

We don’t fill your appointment with fluff. Everything from start to finish equips you to reach your goals and feel better because our physical therapists are experts in their field: they are able to put together plans of care that are evidence-based and proven to be successful, and they always make sure they’re tracking your progress so they can make any necessary adjustments week to week.

FTP is physical therapy for busy people.

Here, your time is just as important to us as it is to you. An hour may seem like a lot at first, but we don’t waste time on our way to the root of your problem. You have our full attention for your full hour– you carved an hour out of your busy schedule just for your session, so we’re not going to waste a minute!

Your full hour is spent on what really matters: history-taking, patient education, data-gathering, and targeted care.

That’s it.

Your hour is used to its fullest potential. It’s more than worth it to spend some of your time working toward your goals with us because the more time and effort we spend working toward your recovery with efficient and effective physical therapy sessions, the quicker you get back to doing what you love.
